My CPAP-hat is made in ecological cotton (free from harmful chemicals) and has extra padding at the front where the air tube is placed to avoid hurting the child.
The fabric is "breathing", which reduces the risk that the child develops irritation behind the ears that can lead to infection.

Finally, to avoid further discomfort, I have made my CPAP-hat longer to make sure that its lacing is not placed over the children's eyes and cause swelling.

The CPAP-hat can be washed with up to 70 degrees celcius and can tumble-dried.
